Detached 95 m² house on Avenida de Gran Canaria, in the heart of Playa del Inglés, with a private garden and terrace. One bedroom, full bathroom and a living room with sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to five people.

It is let furnished and with a fitted kitchen, to a high standard of finish. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is a few minutes from the Yumbo shopping centre and the beach.
